Caroline Myss: Defy Gravity Book Review

I just finished another amazing book by Caroline Myss.

Her first book

Anatomy of The Spirit really was so helpful to me on my journey. I give it to friends to read who are in need of healing and clarity.

To understand the gist of  her newest work, Defy Gravity: Healing Beyond The Bounds of  Reason,
first please watch this short clip of Caroline Myss talking about the concept of reason:

Oh man, have I ever been a Champion Reasoner!!!!!!!  I used to listen to the news, hear of some tragic thing and think "now how did that  happen and how can I make sure it never happens to me or anyone I love?" Talk about crazy making!  Caroline delves into the mystery of life, the ethereal almost otherworldly spiritual side that is so easily dismissed in our "logical society." It's as if we live in Spock's planet, dismissing anything illogical..

If you are interested in leaving some of your logical reasoning behavior behind and embracing the spiritual side of your life, this book will help you tremendously.  I found it easy to follow and some of the stories are just pure miracles, no way to explain them, just have to trust that they happened.

Read all of Caroline Myss's work. I think you will find it much easier to live amongst mere mortals such as I.
