Get your ACT together!!!!!!

My Main Mentor Gal pal Kris Carr is on a mission, and she wants YOU to join her.

Starting May 11th, hundreds of crazy sexy people have embarked on a self empowering cruise called The Adventure Cleanse! For the next four weeks we will be cleaning out our bodies, clearing our minds and generally getting our ACT together! Won't you join us? Go HERE to find out what you need to do.

Here are some great ways to get more Rawsome into your bod and keep cravings at bay!

1. Keep a HUGE salad in the fridge at all times. Make sure you have olive oil, lemons and celtic salt to make a fab quick dressing.

Or try this Miso Ginger dressing From Chef Tippy Heng
Ginger miso dressing

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic (crushed)
Small knob ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp yellow organic miso paste
1/2 cup organic apple cider
1/4 cup filtered water
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp raw honey
Celtic sea salt to taste

Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients and blend it up until smooth.

2. Make a double batch of raw blended soup (you will most likely need a Vitamix or Blendtech for this job!) and keep it in ready to go containers.

Also from Chef Heng
Raw sweet potato and leek soup

Ingredients:
1 lb sweet potato
1 lb leek
1 avocado
1 tbsp Braggs seasoning
1 small knob ginger (finely chopped)
1/2 white onion
1 vine-ripened tomato
Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste
1 cups filtered water
Procedure:
Peel, wash, and chop the sweet potato and leeks.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the texture is smooth.
Adjust seasoning if necessary.

3. Keep a bowl of soaked almonds in the fridge. Great for grabbing a quick crunchy snack on the run. I love soaked walnuts too!

4. Add 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds to your smoothies. They form a gel and are super for digestion and have so many goodies in them, see for yourself!

Chia Seeds Facts
Chia seeds are the richest whole food source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fiber found in nature. Every serving (12 grams or approximately 2 flat tablespoons) of chia provides over 2.7 g of Omega 3s, 4.1 g of dietary fiber, with less than 0.5 net carbohydrates per serving.

A nutritional powerhouse, including being a great source of calcium, iron, Omega-3 fatty acids, and dietary fiber, chia seeds are also a great health product for lowering insulin and losing weight. Mucilloid-soluble fiber protects the seed's outer layer from drying out in the desert heat and that fiber creates a gel capable of absorbing nine times its weight when it meets liquid, including stomach juices. This gel helps you feel full, keeps you hydrated, slows digestion, acts as an anti-inflammatory, works to lower blood pressure, and is beneficial to diabetics since it regulates blood sugar since it prevents the quick rises in blood sugar levels, all without adding any significant calories.

5. Lemon Love
Got Lemons? Make Lemonade, crazy sexy style! I like to add a squished mint leaf to mine for a very fresh minty flavor.

Love That Lemonade
One tall glass of cold filtered water
crushed ice
juice of 1/2 lemon, more if you like puckering up!
a tiny itsy bitsy amount of stevia, like half of the tiny scoop
mint leaves to taste
Stir and Chill out!

Tune in tomorrow and I will give you Five Ways to shake your groove Thang!!

Hungry? Pump some IRON and Loose Those Rumblings!

Cleaning out the junk,
